We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the multi-faceted role of Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, with a focus on ensuring the operational efficiency of facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
