Express New Braunfels is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to a retail client in Boerne, TX.

Duties:

• Greet and assist patients, answering inquires.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Provide product/service information and resolve issues.
• Assist with admin tasks and general offices duties.
• Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain supplies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Great phone etiquette and multi-tasking.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday  8 am – 5 pm

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00
