Responsibilities of Grower Department Analytical Manager:

• Manage receiving department and grade room operations for incoming raw products
• Assist HR in hiring and monitoring seasonal positions, setting goals, and providing tools for effective performance
• Supervise input of grower delivery data, review grade sheets, and ensure accurate grading
• Generate real-time reports for management and growers, keeping them informed about crop size and quality
• Work with CEO on data analysis, track grower payments, prepare inventories, budgets, and annual crop estimates
• Attend industry meetings, events, and interact with growers professionally to build positive relationships

Requirements of Grower Department Analytical Manager:

• BA or BS in Ag Business, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field
• 3+ years work experience working with analytics
• Working in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
• Occasional overnight travel to attend industry events
