We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician/Equipment Repair to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment by promptly responding to service calls, completing work orders, and maintaining our service van.

Service Technician/Equipment Repair requirements:

• Review all service tickets for assigned routes.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address customer concerns efficiently.
• Complete work orders and service tickets for each machine serviced.
• Ensure the service van is stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Maintain petty cash for refunds and unexpected expenses.
• Lift heavy machinery with the assistance of a dolly as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Service Technician/Equipment Repair responsibilities:

• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-discipline to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in computer usage, including email, internet, and parts lookup software.
• Capability to read diagrams and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift 40-70 lbs and operate machinery with a dolly.
• Comfort with standing and sitting for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to engage in frequent physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, stretching, reaching, squatting, and driving.
