Call Center Supervisor - $20.00/ hour

The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of ten (10) high performing customer-focused, licensed agents and/or Team Leads who manage incoming phone calls for insurance inquiries.  The supervisor will field questions, concerns, and call overflows, as well as coach their team as needed.  Must have exceptional customer service expertise and strong verbal/ written communication skills.

 Call Center Supervisor Job highlights:

• Provides product/ service information by answering questions/ offering assistance
• Keeps track of employee attendance, makes sure work procedures are in compliance
• Healthcare, 401K available while on contract – if hired on, benefits include PTO, Retirement planning, Healthcare, Life Insurances, etc.
• Full-time, onsite, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

What we look for in a Call Center Supervisor:

• Health & Accident Insurance Licenses required
• Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs & telephone equipment
• Ability to remain calm & respectful under pressure; resolve challenges professionally
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills a must
• Strong supervisory skills (team of 10+)
