Industrial Maintenance Tech

Salary: $17.00+ DOE

Express is currently looking to fill the role of Industrial Maintenance Technician with a growing industrial partner in Brunswick, GA.

Duties to include:

Repair all equipment within the facility:  Filter pumps, polishing machines, plating equipment, other plumbing and electrical repairs.

Preventative maintenance on plating and safety equipment

Assist in remodeling and/or general facility repair

Must have knowledge of the following:

Electrical- 480v, 240v, 120v circuits, trouble shooting and installation.  Able to run new circuits with wire. Tying in breaker boxes.

Plumbing-Must be able to identify type pipe an fittings to use as well as maintain supplies for inventory.  Able to thread steel and galvanized pipes. Knowledgeable of PVC and CPVC pipe.

HVAC- Able to maintain HVAC units, replace controllers, filters and do minor trouble shooting of HVAC systems.

Fabrication-Able to fabricate items from steel and weld with arc welder/mig welder.

 

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, walk and reach above shoulders
