Leasing Agent

An apartment complex in Ann Arbor is seeking a leasing agent for direct hire. You’ll be responsible for tenant audits and communication, touring units with prospects, and other administrative duties as needed.

What you’ll be doing as the Leasing Agent

• Filing, putting together move in folders, electronic audits on tenant folders using Intrada
• Marketing outreach for community events via email and social media
• Attending events during the day or weekend to promote the units, prospect new tannates, and to build community relations.
• Taking appointments or walks in unit tours with prospective clients or sending out informational videos.

What we look for in a Leasing Agent

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Intrada, and Teams
• High School Diploma or equivalent 

Additional information for the Leasing Agent Position

• $15.00 – $16.00 hourly
• Flex schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 9:00am – 5:00pm
