Salary: $15-$17 Hourly

Express Employment is now hiring a General Laborer for a company located in the West Columbia area. This role is a day shift, Monday- Friday and will start at 6:00am, until around 3:30 PM. The pay for this position starts at $15.00-$17.00 hourly. This company makes material such as: sanitary sewer manholes, grease traps, all storms drain structures, vaults, telecommunication pads, electrical structures, valve pads, marking posts, parking bumpers, splash blocks and others.

The main duties of this position include:
-using a machine to form concrete boxes
-cutting rebar
-moving materials in the warehouse
-potential to be trained on welding and big tractor forklift if hired on
-shoveling concrete
-some forklift usage

Requirements include:
-Lifting up to 70 pounds
-Drug screen
-Background Check
-Great attendance and reliability

This role will include working in a large covered shop setting that is exposed to the outside elements. This is a non-climate-controlled environment that is fast pace and can be noisy due to machinery operating in the setting.
This role is full time, long term, and offers room for growth and pay increases available. This position will require reliability and a seasoned worker comfortable with the environment.
