Salary: $20.00 - $22.00

 Our client, a specialty food products supplier located in the East End, is currently hiring a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Create new client files in SAP
  • Update existing client information
  • Support 14 sales representatives (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and other provinces)
  • Create and adjust routes for sales representatives within the company's CRM platform
  • Review client orders entered by sales representatives
  • Support for customer portal
  • Data entry
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, etc.)
  • Previous experience using a Warehouse Management Software / ERP system (SAP) as well as MS Excel
  • Previous experience supporting a sales team – B2B is considered an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Must have own vehicle as public transportation is not available

The wage range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
