Salary: $17-19/HR
Responsibilities:
• Serve customers by determining product needs and requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases, and supporting company sales goals and objectives.• Enter standard order and quotation requests into the order entry system.• Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.• Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) for standard products and services with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.• Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on product-related issues, etc.)• Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem-solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to our customer’s satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Prior customer service or customer relations experience preferred (in the production industry)
• Prior experience handling inbound calls• Must have strong computer skills.• Two (2) years post high school education and two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent
Schedule: Monday-Friday/8AM to 5PM
Pay: $17-19/HR (DOE)
