Salary: $17-19/HR

Responsibilities: 

•     Serve customers by determining product needs and requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases, and supporting company sales goals and objectives.
•     Enter standard order and quotation requests into the order entry system.
•     Increase sales by proactively providing alternative product offerings or solutions to external customers as appropriate.
•     Be a technical resource (i.e., style, size, application, mounting, etc.) for standard products and services with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
•     Multi-task to perform daily inside sales work (answer phone calls, enter orders, provide technical advice on product-related issues, etc.)
•     Maintain an exemplary customer service/problem-solving attitude and handle difficult customer situations to our customer’s satisfaction. Escalate when necessary.
•     Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

•     Prior customer service or customer relations experience preferred (in the production industry)

•     Prior experience handling inbound calls
•     Must have strong computer skills.
•     Two (2) years post high school education and two (2) years of work experience or an equivalent

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday/8AM to 5PM 

Pay: $17-19/HR (DOE)
