Located in Arcadia, CA

Manufacturing company in the San Gabriel Valley area is looking for a new Clerk for our Repair department. You will perform receiving and process paperwork on customer returned equipment for repair services.

 

  • Physically receive and inspect customer’s returned equipment for repair
  • Review repair purchase orders for accuracy. Communicate with customers on discrepancies.
  • Generate repair paperwork package and distribute to technicians.
  • Perform clerical duties including but not limited to typing, filing, copying, and faxing.
  • Answer phone calls from customers.

 

Required skills:

 

  • Experience in receiving. Preferred but not mandatory. Will train.
  • Moderate computer knowledge and good typing skill.
  • High school diploma.
  • Good communication and customer relation. Fluent in English.
  • Organized and details oriented.
  • Regular lifting up to 25 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (with help if needed).

Work schedule is M – F, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
