Location: Downtown Asheville

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Client Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company and ensuring outstanding client experience.

Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive product knowledge. Collaborating closely with other team members, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and sense of urgency to meet quick deadlines and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client inquiries and solve problems effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
