Express Employment Professionals is looking for 3 Patient Service Reps for a 3-month contract (very possible extension!)

Responsibilities:

• Checking in patients, verifying their identification and insurance information 
• Schedule appointments 
• In-person customer service with patients

Qualifications:

• Able to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time
• Min, 1 year of front facing customer service, and admin
• Knowledgeable on use of EPIC systems (preferred)
