Technical Service Representative / Assembly

Located in Evendale, OH

Salary: $19.50 an hour

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati Northeast is seeking a Technical Service Representative to fill a 1st Shift opening in Evendale, OH!

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM!

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers in resolving product issues through diagnostic methods
• Process parts orders to address and resolve product problems
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Engage in assembly and repair department activities as needed
• Occasionally participate in customer training sessions and dealer conferences
• Assist engineering teams with product testing as required
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing Assembly is required
• Previous Customer Service skills
• Mechanically Inclined
• Knowledge of Basic Food Machine Equipment is a plus
• Bills of Material
• Microsoft Office skills
• Verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $19.50 an hour
