Do you enjoy working with your hands and supporting skilled craftspeople? Are you detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills? We're seeking a reliable and motivated assistant. Must be able to commute to Russellville, Alabama

Responsibilities:

• Assist cabinetmakers with cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing wood components.
• Organize and maintain workshop materials and tools.
• Prepare glue, stain, and other finishing materials.
• Operate basic woodworking machinery under supervision.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring safety and organization.
• Help with deliveries and installations (optional).

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift moderate weight.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior woodworking experience a plus.
