In this critical role, you will support the sales team of a busy distinguished jeweler to ensure that the team can deliver world class customer service.  Here are several key aspect of the role:

- CRM Management:

- Regularly update and maintain various components of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of data.

- Monitor and manage the CRM database to support sales operations and initiatives effectively.

- Report Generation:

- Compile and prepare reports for the Sales Operations Manager as required, ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.

- Assist in the analysis of sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Inventory Management:

- Assist Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular checks and updating inventory records.

- Data Entry and Administrative Support:

- Perform various data entry tasks as needed, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Assist in the organization and scheduling of meetings, preparation of presentation materials, and other administrative tasks to support the Sales Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in CRM software

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

 

 

This role is Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm with a pay range of $18-$20/hr DOE
