Express Employment Professionals are looking to hire for a mechanically inclined Detailer for a metal fabricating company in Logan, UT!

Responsibilities for the Fabricator/Detailer:

• Perform detailed work on sheet metal products using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
• Keep communication with different departments
• Use a micrometer to measure and ensure accuracy of sheet metal components.
• Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Working with quality and production departments to assemble products according to customer expectation
• Identifying damages, verifying quantities, report shortages or quality deficiencies of incoming product

Qualifications for the fabricator/Detailer:

• Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
• Experience operating a forklift
• Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have a clean driving record
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes.
• Proficiency in using a micrometer for precise measurements.
• Familiarity with plasma cutting equipment and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule and Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• $18-$25/hour DOE
