GREAT OPPORTUNITY  -  CNC MILL MACHINIST NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!  PLEASE CALL MARIA AT  

•  Set up and operate CNC machines to perform Mill precision operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
  Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each joB
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
  Make machine adjustments to settings as needed to maintain product quality
• Ability to identify and correct any issues that may occur during the machining process
  Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist | HAAS Mill and Lathe preferred
  Proficiency in CAD software for programming CNC machines Mastercam preferred
  Strong knowledge of milling machines and their operations
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with a thorough understanding of GD&T
• Strong experience to operate all types of machining centers: vertical, horizontal, and conventional
  Familiarity with power tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  Experience with tooling selection and setup for various machining operations
• Must have a good understanding of material properties to calculate appropriate speeds and feeds being processed
  Knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls is a plus
  Ability to use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts
• The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing is necessary for accuracy with each daily job task .
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
