Salary: $55,000-$65,000 plus bonuses

We are partnered with a national senior homecare agency hiring for a Customer Success Manager in Sarasota, Florida! As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), your primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our customer base. You will serve as a liaison between the company and its clients, advocating for their needs while also driving the adoption and utilization of products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
    • Regularly engage with customers through various communication channels (phone calls, emails, virtual meetings) to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
  2. Account Growth and Renewals:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing customers based on their evolving needs.
    • Develop and execute account expansion strategies to drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Schedule consultations with customers in order to sign them up to use services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

  • This position may require occasional travel to visit customers onsite.
  • This position may require you to work one weekend per month. 
  • Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate customers during the weekends.

Salary: $55-$60K, plus bonuses
