Machine – Utility Operator to monitor the injection molding machine and complete QC checks. This is a very hands on position with room to learn and grow. LEARN A NEW CAREER as the company will teach you how to operate a forklift and advance your career. They produce plastic bottles for BAI and HINT. They have 3 customers and quality and safety is their number one priority. The do the pre form bottles and also the plastic bottles for example Wawa and Motts Apple Juice. Shifts are 12 hour rotating shifts, see the schedule.5.00pm to 5.00am. Will work 7 days in a 14 day period with every 2nd weekend off!
This company has a family feel to their operation with no kpi’s and high tech / automated work environment. Cameras throughout the entire facility to monitor the process and the lines.
• Complete quality control checks every hour by inspecting the product and logging the data on a handwritten log• Promotes ownership of tasks and paperwork at each machine station• May use the electric pallet jack to move the final product to another area of the warehouse• Will fill and refill the gaylords and use liners to store and move the product• Position requires standing and walking for the entire shift
