As the Human Resources Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing performance management processes and tools through collaboration with management, including but not limited to: ensuring consistency in performance evaluations, providing guidance regarding performance improvement, and coaching and feedback
• Identifying areas within training for improvement and developing training programs to resolve them. Conduct workshops for all of the company's employees, including management
• Remaining updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Providing effective communication channels between management and employees to serve as a mediator for employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues. Thoroughly investigate concerns and ensure fair treatment towards all parties
• Partnering with the HR Team to implement initiatives supporting workforce planning, recruitment and retention, employee engagement, and organizational design

For our Human Resources Manager, we're looking for someone amazing as you who has:

• a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least five (5) years of progressive HR experience, including time in a management or supervisory role or employee relations
• Possess knowledge of federal and Hawai'i specific labor laws
• Proficiency in HR software
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is a plus!
