Your Role as the Billing Specialist

• Prepare billing and credit memos with proper supporting documentation
• Calculate payment amount on COD invoices and following up on collection for all COD accounts
• Preparation and reconciliation of master billings to individual invoices
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, updating billing notes as necessary

Education and Experience

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years billing experience - Construction industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
