Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and exits.
• Oversee and administer benefits, leave administration, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance HR operations and compliance.
• Provide guidance on performance management, discipline, and other employment practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
