Your Role as the Recruiter

• Assess and identify future hiring needs
• Design and update job descriptions
• Full cycle recruiting
• Managing job boards, employee referrals, and coordinating job fairs to source and attract top talent

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Recent recruiting experience in multiple discipline areas and levels, hiring for non-exempt and exempt positions
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA and other employment related laws and guidelines
• Experience with ATS related platforms
