Position: Sales Representative
Location: Oahu, Hawaii
Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Weekend availability required)
Compensation:

• Up to $30/hr base pay
• Commission structure in place

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential customers to promote our HVAC products and services
• Conduct consultations and assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekend availability, with preference given to those available on Saturdays and Sundays
• Knowledge or interest in HVAC systems is a plus
