Position: Outside Sales Representative

Base Salary: $36,000 per year with uncapped commission potential

Location: Honolulu, HI

Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while spearheading the acquisition of new accounts. Under the guidance of our VP of Sales, you'll work to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategize and execute sales calls to nurture existing accounts and expand our customer base using proactive sales techniques.

· Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.

· Introduce new products to customers through demonstrations and detailed explanations of usage and benefits.

· Manage inventory levels by forecasting sales and requesting necessary purchases.

Qualifications:

1. Three to five years of previous sales experience is required.

2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

3. Willingness to learn about the products distributed by the company.

4. Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.

5. Must maintain a valid driver's license with safe driving habits.

6. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

· Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.

· Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.

· Ability to drive a vehicle without physical limitations.
