Hours are 4:30pm to 5:00am

Days: Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday (5:00pm-5:00am)

Pay: $21.60 per hour

 

This is a temporary to permanent position with a prominent employer in the Hartland, WI community.

 

1. Previews job order and inspects incoming job.
2. Enter job information into computer system at start and end of each job.
3. Sets up and loads proper job stock into machine to achieve “run/start” status and job approval from QC.
4. Begins run, adjusting speed, tension, and alignment of printing material.
5. Monitors the quality of laminated materials
6. Cuts sample of laminated material from the end of laminated roll and inspects for imperfections and documents results.
7. Maintains a print register of materials and related paperwork as required.
8. Lubricates and oils the press as needed. Maintains a neat and orderly work area throughout the shift. Cleans the equipment at the end of the shift per prescribed procedures.
9. Minimizes waste by maintaining set-up, laminator layout, and registrations regularly.
10. Washes machine and returns job components at end of run.
