Salary: $22 - $37/hr

We are seeking a Direct Hire Insulation Installer or Crew Chief for our partnered client in Dedham, MA.

Job Description: 

• Insulating homes with cellulose, fiberglass and foam board.
• Air sealing attic and basements

Requirements:

• Insulation experience or
• Knowledge of basic tools.
• Able too lift 50-60 pounds.
• Climb ladders to 20 feet.
• Occasionally be in confined spaces.
• Drivers license preferred.
• Able to pass a back round check.

• Able to work alone and complete required tasks.
• If you can demonstrate those quality’s company will pay for training needed to advance.

Compensation.

• $22 to start with minimum experience.
• With Crew chief certification $35 to start
