Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and skilled Field Technician to join our team! As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing various on-site technical duties, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Will perform construction work and going into peoples homes.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
