Overview:

We’re looking for an ambitious Partner Success Manager to join our quickly growing Advisory team. This role is responsible for building a strong foundation for ISVs co-selling with Microsoft by delivering our two core offers: the Co-sell Health Check Assessment and our Co-sell Accelerator Program.

You take ownership over driving successful outcomes, enjoy providing strategic coaching, and have a desire to meaningfully contribute to the greater team. Responsibilities:

Provide Tactical & Strategic Co-sell, GTM, and Sales Enablement Coaching:

  • Deliver training sessions and help clients hit milestones, taking ownership of the engagement front front-to-back.
  • Tailor advise to specific client objectives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft co-sell and Marketplace benefits.
  • Drive strategic alignment between the client and Microsoft based on clear long-term business objectives.
  • Assess the client’s co-sell risks and opportunities, taking ownership of the engagement from front-to-back.
  • Hold meaningful intake meetings to gather data and produce clear and detailed report-outs summarizing findings and recommendations.

Own Client Relationships:

  • Understand the client’s business in depth through research, discovery questions, and taking a proactive interest.
  • Work with multiple members of the client’s Alliance Team to align them to the actions and strategies needed for success.
  • Meticulously track client co-sell progress and status.
  • Maintain dedicated weekly touch points and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage the client’s program collateral, including presentations, pre-reads, takeaway materials, and templates.
  • Own meeting invites, call recordings, and next actions.
  • Guide successful transitions in the customer buying journey.

Drive Successful Program Outcomes:

  • Maintain a positive feedback score from clients based on their experience.
  • Successfully deliver client outcomes against program milestones.
  • Actively contribute to process refinement, providing insights and suggestions for program improvements.
  • Embrace a proactive problem-solving approach when encountering roadblocks.
  • Take a consultative selling approach when discussing the program value.

Clear Communication and Adaptability:

  • Demonstrate C-suite level communication and presentation skills.
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner.

  • Understand the program in depth and embrace continuous learning and training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in co-selling, technology partnerships, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience with developing and implementing business strategies tied to objectives.
  • Experience with data analysis in Excel.
  • Experience with consultative selling preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ownership mentality with a proactive approach.
  • Depth knowledge of go-to-market strategies, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to grasp and teach complex concepts quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and nurture client relationships.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup culture and can navigate ambiguity.
