Location: Aiea, HI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay:Up to $19.00/hour

HR Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones
  • Customer service
  • Filing confidential documents into personnel folders and medical files
  • Receive, sort, and distribute payroll paychecks
  • Construct new hire folders for workforce planning
  • Conduct employment verifications
  • Other job duties as assigned

HR Assistant Qualifications:
  • **Must have or be able to complete a 2-step TB Clearance**
  • Two (2) years of recent HR and administrative experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare policies, procedures and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
