Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE location is hiring for a Production Technician. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

 

The Production Technician reports to the Manager of Production. The Production Tech is responsible for glass production, crating, wiring, and packaging of our products.

 

Job duties:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Assists with cycle counting inventory and put-away of raw materials within the Parts Area. 

 

Qualifications:

• 3 years of prior warehouse experience
• Must be able to read and write in English, ability to record inventory counts, fundamental knowledge of adding, subtraction, multiplication, and basic division. Must be able to count and record numbers.
• High school Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 30 pounds and work with others to reach heavy items stacked in containers.
• Warehouse environment – Non-Climate controlled.
