INJECTION MOLDING LEAD 
$30 - $32 PER HOUR
7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Marietta, GA
 3 days on - 3 days Off 
 
Qualifications

•
Injection molding troubleshooting experience
•
Injection molding processing experience
•
Injection molding preventative maintenance
•
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
•
Work experience combined with formal education, may be considered
•
This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking for up to twelve (12) hours a day
•
Lifting up to 55 pounds on a frequent basis
•
Must be able to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on a frequent basis
•
This position also requires a person to be capable of performing sustained motion for up to twelve (12) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to four (4) hours
 
Responsibilities
•
Understand the purpose of the Safety and Health Management System at Enplas, and how it relates to the Molding Leader – Shift Position, and ensure that all who work in your area have been trained on the system and the daily performance management of the system including:
•
Recognition of potential hazards and how to work safely
•
What PPE equipment is available and ensure that it is worn properly
•
Guarding as appropriate, is in place and maintained in good condition
•
Emergency Preparedness and Response
•
Enplas Quality Standard
•
Inspection Methods

Each departments’ Quality role interactions
•
TS 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Certification Requirements
•
Area and equipment are clean and organized throughout shift
•
Eliminating reason for material, parts and runners being on the equipment or floor
•
Standardize all cleaning and process improvement processes
•
Maintain a culture of continuous improvement with all of your team members
•
Cavity Ratio maximization

Cycle time and change over time reduction
•
Machine Alarm elimination

Preventative Maintenance
