Position: Restoration Technician
Type: Full-Time
Location: Dallas, Texas
Pay Rate: Starting at $17 or more per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency restoration calls for water, fire, and mold damage.
• Conduct assessments and inspections of damaged properties.
• Perform restoration activities such as water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use specialized equipment and techniques to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of restoration activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration) are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and sometimes challenging environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
