Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings. Low-income, high-end, B&B's, and new construction.
- Conduct inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues. Provide estimates.
- Ensure properties meet plumbing code requirements.
- Collaborate with property management staff and tenants to address plumbing-related concerns.
- Respond to plumbing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications:
- Valid Plumber license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Schedule can be flexible depending on the needs in the field. Candidate maybe ask to help with on-call needs or after hours needs.
