Sales Secretary $17-$19/HR

Located in Kaukauna, WI

Salary: $17-$19/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $17-$19/HR

Duties: 

• Efficiently preparing orders and quotes generated by the inside sales staff.
• Proofreading orders and quotes to ensure accuracy, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant codes.
• Data entry, including entering RGs (Reference Groups) into our system.
• Problem-solving to address any issues that may arise during the order and quote preparation process.
• Monitoring and maintaining fax machines, ensuring an adequate supply of paper.
• Handling telephone calls, conveying messages, and running errands as needed.
• Managing the sales quote file to ensure organization and accessibility.
• Providing coverage during vacations in the sales department, involving initial data entry tasks.

Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in data entry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a demonstrated drive to sell.
