Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with members by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services.

2. Account Management: Assist members with account transactions, balance inquiries, account updates, and other account-related activities.

3. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve member issues, complaints, and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner, ensuring member satisfaction.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to effectively educate members and promote relevant offerings.

5. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services that align with the members' financial needs and goals.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

7. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, and collaborate on process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

2. Customer service experience in a financial institution or related industry preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

6. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
