Type of Position: Evaluation Hire-Looking for someone long term!

Schedule: Must be available one weekend day

 

Are you organized, motivated, and eager to be part of a family environment? We are seeking an Inside Flooring Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team! Local family owned company that has won best of OC 14 years in a row is looking to expand their team and welcome a new lead Sales Person. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Management of store operations
• Travel outside of the store to take measurements if needed
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to successfully present product features and advantages to customers and prospective customers
• Ability to act independently in scheduling customer contacts and in performing responsibilities when in the field and on the showroom
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills, in person and on the telephone
• Assertive nature and willingness to function in an independent manner
• Carpet Installation knowledge is a plus!
• College Degree is a plus!
