CNC Operator

Located in Meriden, CT

Salary: $18-$32/hour BOE

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team.

• Full time, Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30p
• Benefits include health, vision, life, dental, 401k with match. Bonus potential. Tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, drawings, and specifications.
• Operate CNC machines to produce machined parts.
• Produce products to specifications.
•  Measure and examine completed products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
•  Keep a detailed record of processes, tool usage, and production output.
• Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 3 years of CNC operation experience
• Setup experience is a plus
• Experience in geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), use of measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges & size blocks
• Detail oriented
