Forming Lead - 2^nd Shift

$22.00/hour

Job Duties:

• Directs and coordinates the day-to-day shift activities as set by area manager and supervisor. 
• Assists Supervisor in production planning, operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities, and human resource requirements and capabilities.
• Works with Supervisor to makes decisions, job assignments and work priorities.
• Provides Leadership and supervision to designated shift.
• Provide break relief to other operators, including feeding machines and packing product as needed.

Skills Needed:

• Self-sufficient and cost effectively perform all required cutting functions.
• Must have extensive knowledge for identification and working knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adjust and debug to finalize majority of machine lines required in house or at the customers facility.

• Heavy mechanical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Experience Needed:

• 2-5 years of machine operating experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including use of tools and industrial machine mechanics.
• Ability to teach and lead others.

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 3 to 11 p.m.

Able to pass a background and drug test.

Must be flexible and able to work other shifts if needed.
