Location: Honolulu, HI

Salary: Up to $80,000 per year

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-4p

Requirements: Driver's License, Personal Vehicle, Auto Insurance

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with one of Hawaii’s largest health insurance management service companies to find a qualified Corporate Wellness Advisor (Occupational Health).

Responsibilities:

Wellness Programs:

• Design and enhance wellness options; assist in health fair planning.
• Aid Communications team in creating Wellness marketing materials.
• Generate client utilization data; draft reports for CMO’s review.

Vendors and Health Education:

• Assist with vendor contracting for immunization programs.
• Educate members on health topics.
• Coordinate worksite vaccination clinics and enhance Member Plus Program offerings.

Health Fairs and Screenings:

• Coordinate health fairs and screenings with Sales and Wellness team.
• Ensure COO authorization for all health fairs.
• Travel to events, track results, and manage supplies.

Other:

• Create/revise documents, including Policies and Procedures.
• Assist clinical team in obtaining clinical notes.
• Deliver wellness-related public speaking presentations.
• Handle administrative duties and maintain organized files.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service, organizational, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to meet timelines consistently.
• Comprehend and present information on various medical conditions and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic proficiency in Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Effective presentation skills to various audiences.

Physical Demands:

• Stationary position for up to eight hours, computer work, and telephone conversations.
• Lift 20 pounds and transport materials.
• Drive a vehicle and travel inter-island.
