Immediately hiring for a Flexographic Press Operator. Flexo press operators are responsible for operating large printing presses that use plates, rollers and other equipment to print a wide variety of products. They must carefully monitor the entire printing process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Flexo press operators may be tasked with loading paper into the press or feeding individual sheets through at specific times during the printing process. They may also need to adjust controls on the press to control temperature, pressure, speed, etc.

Flexo Press Operator Job Duties
Flexo press operators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Monitoring equipment to ensure that it is operating efficiently and safely
Reviewing digital print files to ensure that they are ready for production
Preparing screens for printing by applying emulsion to the screen mesh and exposing it to light
Picking up printed sheets and stacking them to be trimmed or cut
Mixing chemicals to create inks that are used in the printing process
Load paper into the press using a hydraulic lift or other equipment, according to manufacturer specifications
Monitoring ink levels in the press and adding ink as needed to ensure that the press does not run out of ink mid-job
Cleaning the press and replacing parts as needed to keep it running smoothly
Making adjustments to the printing press to ensure that it is aligned with the paper correctly
