Come And Join the Express Team! Looking for a experienced CNC Operator/ Machining Tool Operator
Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines such as milling machines and lathes- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations- Use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and bore gauges, to ensure accuracy of machined parts- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Requirements:- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings- Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques- Familiarity with CNC programming languages, such as G-code and Fanuc controls
