Customer Service Representative

THOMASVILLE, GA

A local company is searching for a customer service representative who can assist in maintaining positive customer relations, handle inbound calls, input data, and troubleshoot issues. As a representative, you will be responsible for completing tasks promptly, taking full ownership of your role, and treating each customer interaction with the utmost care.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve their concerns by consistently applying our policies and procedures.
  • Make sure to document any policy changes in writing or through audio recordings.
  • Record all policy-related calls in the policy notes.
  •  Assist customers in making premium payments using various payment methods.
  •  Help agents with commission or policy-related questions.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate employees or departments when specialized assistance is required.
  •  Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  •  Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook

 

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail is important.
