Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (proficient skills preferred, but basic functions are acceptable).
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Effective communication skills for both phone and email correspondence in a busy environment.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and a team player.
• Fast learner with a polite and respectful demeanor.
• Consistent good attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by actively listening to their needs.
• Experience in handling customer calls and transferring calls.
