$22.00 - $24.00 an hour DOE

M-F, 8am-5pm

The Customer Service Representative: main objectives are to provide exceptional customer service to the client base and coordinate, execute, and deliver products in accordance with meeting the quality standards and expectations of their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders directly from customers via purchase order, email, and telephone calls to process and follow up until delivery.
• Work directly with customers and production facilities to create artwork proofs and color matches.
• Track and follow up for approvals.
• Organize and pull samples to send to customers.
• Answer daily inquiries and requests from customers.
• Inform managers of issues or delays that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
• Prepare and review weekly reports from plants to determine/confirm ship methods.
