Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Technician with specialized knowledge in Construction. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, with a focus on the unique requirements of the construction industry. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• You will lead a team of 3-4 technicians and assign job sites and locations within the Indianapolis area.
• You will be responsible for most of your tools but specialty tools will be provided.
• Your job duties will include but not limited to split systems, working with sheet metal, brazing copper and light electrical work.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues promptly and efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Good communication and customer service skills

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule:  1st

Pay:  20.00-22.00

Qualifications: 

• Recent experience Leading a team of 4 or more technicians daily
• EPA Universal Certificate
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, as well as ventilation and air quality.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
