Position: 1st Shift CNC Operator

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Rate: $24.00-$30.00/hour

Schedule/Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri (6:30a-2:30p)

Terms: Contract-To-Hire

Brief Job Description: Consistently run and meet production rates as identified on production routing or as instructed by a supervisor. Learn the basic methods of inspection and be able to use basic inspection equipment. Learn the basic machine operation skills of the assigned department Perform duties in a manner which is consistent with the production of a quality product. Ability to use inspection equipment including but not limited to Dial Caliper, 0-1” mic. , 1-2” mic 2-3” mic. Depth set mic set at 0-6”, Ability to change inserts, perform offsets and tool changes, Have the appropriate and necessary tools on site to perform assigned job duties. Set up all machines within assigned department. Ability to train employees within department in operating the departments machine. Operate and maintain all inspections equipment specific to the department. Perform general maintenance on all department machines. Program and editing machine software for specific CNC jobs in the department.
