Our client, a growing Tri-Cities based plumbing and HVAC service provider for commercial, industrial, new construction projects, and multi-residential properties is hiring a Junior Service Coordinator.

This full-time permanent opportunity primarily involves supporting the Senior Service Coordinator with the scheduling of the day-to-day operations of field technicians. You also work closely with the sales team and service manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dispatching field technicians throughout the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. This involves about 75% of the job
• Receptionist desk – you are the first point of contact for the company
• Prepare quotes for customers
• Source & order material from wholesalers
• Administer the maintenance contracts
• Provide on-call support

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years minimum of administrative assistant experience and at least 1 year of dispatch experience is required
• HVAC industry experience and/or fluency with JONAS is a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – characterized by professionalism, assertiveness, and a calm demeanor
• A sense of urgency with grace under pressure
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
