Mold Technician

Located in Lincoln, NE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Mold Technicians to set up, service, and operate plastic injection molding machines with a company that is located in Waverly, NE. Positions are available across 2^nd and 3^rd shift with competitive pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a long-term career! 

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up, guide, and adjust controls on the machine to meet product specifications
• Monitor machines to ensure safe operation and product quality
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on molds including installing, cleaning, and greasing
• Maintain accurate record of production and raw material usage in company software
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience in an injection molding position required
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Associate degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hardworking and driven to meet production quotas
• Basic mathematical capabilities
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule/Pay:

• Positions available on 2^nd and 3^rd shifts
• Pay dependent on education, experience, and qualifications
• Employees paid weekly!
